EYWA in Business Bay: Two Expressions of One Vision Along Marasi Drive in Dubai’s Business Bay, the EYWA philosophy takes architectural form through two distinctive waterfront residential projects: EYWATree of Life and EYWAWay of Water. Each has its own identity, yet both are united by the same ambition: to create homes where architecture, nature, wellbeing and technology become part of one integrated living experience. EYWATree of Life draws inspiration from the Banyan tree — a symbol of strength, connection and shelter. Its architectural language reflects ideas of rootedness, growth and a close relationship with nature. EYWAWay of Water, meanwhile, looks to the ocean and the continuous movement of water, expressing ideas of flow, balance and renewal. Together, their names reveal two complementary relationships with the natural world: one grounded and protective, the other fluid and regenerative. Across both projects, the EYWA holistic ecosystem remains the constant. Private residences are complemented by environments dedicated to wellbeing, restoration and connection, while biophilic principles, advanced building systems and carefully considered design contribute to the everyday experience of living. Rather than treating wellness as a collection of individual amenities, EYWA seeks to integrate it into the architecture itself and into the daily rhythm of the home. The two projects therefore share a philosophy without becoming repetitions of one another — related in purpose, yet individual in architectural expression. 162 | Simply Abu Dhabi
