Resort living, at home For owners, the distinction between residence and resort is designed to be fluid. Direct beach access and oceanfront pools sit alongside an on-site Beach Club, complete with boat tender docking, allowing arrivals from the marina and by sea. Wellness is also central to the experience. An 11,000-square-foot Spa and Wellness Centre will incorporate an aquatic centre and yoga deck, while residents will have access to a private gym and exclusive Residence Owners Lounge. Younger guests are considered too, with a dedicated Kids’ Club and The Reef, a lounge created for teenagers. Dining and social spaces will form another part of everyday life, including Escape Restaurant and a selection of resort dining options. Together, they reflect the wider Nikki Beach philosophy, built around six pillars —music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film, and art — and the brand’s idea of creating experiences that extend beyond conventional hospitality. While owners will be able to draw upon services associated with luxury hospitality, the turnkey model removes some of the practical complexities of maintaining a second home overseas. It is a formula Nikki Beach has already explored in Dubai, where its branded residences sold out, with further residential projects being developed in destinations including Ras Al Khaimah, Muscat, and Baku. 178 | Simply Abu Dhabi
